PumpCX Chat Measurement

Chat Measurement allows synthetic test customers to navigate your website, initiate a chat session and engage with an automated PumpCX agent. This allows customers to fully test their Chat implementation to ensure it’s available, responsive and operational. 

Each test chat provides extensive logging and customer screen shots of every stage of the customer interaction, from the initial website navigation right through to the messages within the chat session. 

The customer journey through the website and chat session is fully scripted in PumpCX using customer modifiable Python scripts. This allows you to simply tailor the customer flow, on site, without the need for PumpCX Professional Services.

As for every PumpCX test case, chat test cases can be executed ad hoc for regression and immediate verification testing; on a regular schedule for PumpCX Insights monitoring; or on request as part of a DevOps execution chain.
