With the ability to dial up and down the load generated by the PumpCX platform it is very easy and quick to determine the precise load at which the environment begins to fail and provide sub optimal CX.
PumpCX provides incredible insight into every call placed, including complete downloading network traces, SIP endpoint logs, call recordings, call IDs from the system under test, logs from the post processing of the call and of course the outcome of each assertion included on the calls.
Variations in the behaviour of calls be be clearly displayed and analysed in both the time and frequency domains, showing the range in answer time, response time, audio quality and call results. Any call from this analysis can be easily opened right from the graphs and investigated quickly.
Test report in MS Word format containing a complete summary of the test executed and the behaviour detected can be downloaded within minutes of the end of the test run. This is a great advantage as the test reports can be provided to the customer on the evening (load tests are generally executed outside of business hours) of the testing. When reports are manually generated this delay is often a number of days. This greatly improves development velocity.
Test case creation is extremely simple and can be performed in-house without the need for external professional services. Apart from the obvious cost saving, this greatly increases agility as there is no need to wait for a specialist to be available, if an issue or defect is suspected, test cases can be quickly written and executed by staff on hand.
